DESCRIPTION On the ground floor you will find a master bedroom with with matrimonial size bed, and an en suite bedroom with two single beds. Shared bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two other bedrooms : one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and another bedroom with three single beds and private bathroom. On the same floor giving to the outside terrace there is the living room and kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, etc....). On the lower terrace you have an inviting swimming pool (7 by 4 mt and 1,5 mt deep). Outside on the house terrace there is a jacuzzi. You have over two hectares (5 acres) of land to explore with hundreds of old olive and fruit trees in this very private setting. Ideal for naturists. We (try to) speak English, French, Dutch, German and Italian. Sicily is waiting for you and this tucked away jewel is one of the best kept secrets in the Etna north area between Catania and Taormina. The house is at 450 meters above sea level and during winter evenings it can get quit chilly. The house is approx 1 km away from the nearest town Presa and 2 km from Piedimonte Etneo, so a car is essential for this house.
