The space The equally expansive exteriors, featuring beautifully green lawns and cosy seating arrangements, effortlessly complement the interiors. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the lower ground floor and 1 on the upper ground floor of the outhouse. - All rooms offer ample amenities including a heater, Wi-Fi, TV, electric kettle, king-sized bed and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms overlook incredible mountain views. - One of the bedrooms on the ground floor also offers an attached patio. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms in the villa. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - There are 2 beautifully furnished living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the lower ground floor. - The living room on the ground floor offers sofa-style seating for up to 8 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi access, a heater and a CCTV camera. - The second living room offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people, a heater, Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera. - There is a separate dining room on the lower ground floor. It is adorned with wall art and can accommodate 8 people. - Guests can soak in the morning sun while in the sunroom. OUTDOOR AREAS - The exteriors of the villa feature lush lawns spread throughout the property. - With a seating capacity of 10, guests can enjoy various outdoor activities on the lawns. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Outside food is not allowed at the property. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per person, per day, and for 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day. The female staff members will be accommodated in-house, and the male staff members will be accommodated in the outhouse. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Bask in the sun while in the sunroom and soak in the stunning mountainscapes. Take a peaceful walk on the lawn and enjoy the misty breeze. Relish authentic, local pahadi meals. Enjoy a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Explore the neighbourhood and venture out on hikes and trails. End the day with an evening spent stargazing. ADD-ON SERVICES - A bonfire session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS - Guests have access to 3 Rooms in the outhouse. There may be other guests in other rooms. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There is a friendly dog residing at the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external area and living rooms. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the lights and fans for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well here.
