Spacious, quiet & cozy 6 bedroom apartment, located in an unbeatable location just 1 minute walk from the famous Central Market, 4 minutes from the City Hall Sqare and the Old Town (Barrio de El Carmen) and very well connected to the beach by public transport. It has everything that a group of couples or families would need for an enjoyable city break stay in one Valencia’s most central districts. Features WiFi, central heating, air conditioning, elevator, dishwasher and 2 full bathrooms. The space My house is on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator and can accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment, of around 185 m², is composed of an entrance hall, 6 double bedrooms, the comfort of 2 complete bathrooms (one of them with bath tub), a spacious living-dining room, a very spacious kitchen, a small interior terrace and a gallery. The 6 bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds (4 beds of 150 x 190 cm and 2 beds of 135 x 190 cm) to ensure a good night's rest, a closet with enough space to store all your belongings and a desk. 4 of them are exterior and offer a lot of natural light, and all offer very good ventilation. The living room has two comfortable 3-seater sofas, a table that seats up to 8 people, several additional chairs and a flat screen TV. It is the ideal place to rest after a long day of sightseeing or to enjoy a group meal. The living room overlooks to a small interior terrace, which has a small terrace table with 2 chairs, ideal for taking the fresh air. In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll will find everything you need to prepare a quick meal: ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, kitchenware and tableware. There are two full bathrooms with standing showers. Bath amenities, such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and hair dryer will be provided in each of them. Clean, fresh bed linen and bath towels are also provided. You will also find a washing machine in the apartment, as well as a drying rack and an iron with ironing board. The high-speed fiber optic internet connection (50 MB) and work desks in each room will allow you to be connected or even work during your stay, should you need to. Other things to note How to arrive? The Metro station "Àngel Guimerà" is 700 m / 9 min. walking distance from the doorstep and connects with Valencia Airport (17 min. travel time, Lines 3 or 5. Metro runs from 5.27 until 23.30 at night, running every 6-9 min throughout day, 7 days). Train station “Estació del Nord” (Nord Station) is a pleasant 9 minute stroll away. If you are arriving by AVE high-speed train, a taxi from the “Joaquín Sorolla” station will take about 5-7 minutes; The beach (Las Arenas, La Malvarrosa) is 25 min. by bus from the city hall square. All major bus routes are available either from our street Avenida del Oeste (where the apartment is located) or from the City Hall Square (5 min. walking distance).
