It is located in a quiet residence with free and private outdoor parking. Access to the apartment is via an elevator. Its balcony will be perfect for relaxing or having a meal in the sun. The space The apartment consists of: - living room with sofa, table with 4 chairs, TV - fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher) - bedroom with double bed (new mattress February 2021) + dresser - shower room with toilet and washing machine - balcony - roller shutters Other things to note Linens are provided for this apartment; on your arrival, the bed is made. Bed linen, towels, bath mat, and dish towel. In order to provide you with an optimal hosting experience, we invite you to let us know your arrival time so that we can welcome you in the best way possible. Please note that in case of late arrival, you will be charged a fee. From 10pm to 11pm, an extra 20 euros will be applied then from 11pm to midnight, it will be 40 euros.
