The Ayrshire Loft at Cloncaird Castle

The Loft is a stylish space, an open plan living area welcomes you with underfloor heating, comfy seating. In the kitchen, a breakfast bar, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. A dining area and wet room located on the ground floor with shower, basin and WC. A spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine floor, super king size bed, the finest linens and atmospheric beams. The burn flows outside, the ultimate cosy and romantic couples retreat in the Scottish countryside. The space The Ayrshire Loft is a charming, detached cottage. Situated next to Duck-Pond Cottage the Kelse burn flows along side. Originally built in 1906 as the car garage for the estate with sunken maintenance pits. This studio style cottage is perfect for couples looking for a romantic countryside break. At Cloncaird Castle estate we have eight self-catering cottages available to rent all year round. The cottages have been lovingly refurbished and modernised from their original purpose on the estate to provide charming holiday accommodation. Set within the 140-acre estate, with extensive gardens, woodland and romantic riverside walks to explore. All the cottages are individually styled combining boutique and stylish interior design with comfort and space. The cottages range in size, sleeping from 2-6 people. Each cottage features a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Dining and sitting areas, TV, DVD player, luxury bedding, towels, underfloor heating and some also have open log fires. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire cottage and are also welcome to walk around the Castle estate grounds. Please respect other guests and the signs and notices throughout the estate.
