Tranquil mountain view stay

Converted ex railway carriage into a Shepherd's Hut on a working small holding nestled on Betws mountain, 1.5 miles from main road and the last half mile along a "bumpy track" and via a neighbouring property to reach our cottage (not suitable for vehicles low to the ground or body kits). The shepherd's hut contains King size bed with memory foam mattress, 2 chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, radiator and a TV **Please note that no pets, children or unauthorised extra guests are allowed** The space Our cottage dates back to 1800's and is set on the side of Betws Mountain which was an open cast coal mine, the shepherd's hut accommodation is an old railway carriage from the mine which was renovated by Craig along with converted renovated stables which now house a wood fired hot tub, kitchenette/lounge along with outside kitchen area offering gas bbq and charcoal pizza oven which of course you can cook more than just pizza in if you wish to.(charcoal not supplied) The shower is gas fired, and the toilet is a composting toilet. There is also a separate urinal. Please note the sink is this area only has cold running water. **Please note although we state 7pm for latest check in if you know you will need a later time please do tell us as we can accommodate* Guest access The whole of the shepherd's hut area is fenced off for your own use with seating to front and back, however you are welcome to wander the rest of the outside area if you wish. Other things to note The "wood fired" hot tub is heated via a wood burner in the lounge area for which we supply the wood, whilst we will always aim to have hot tub water to temperature for your arrival (estimated time of arrival always helps) we can not guarantee it however it should never be far off. Please bring towels for hot tub (1 set of towels each are supplied) Once the hot tub has reached temperature and the fire has gone out if you get chilly you are welcome to move the electric radiator from the Shepherd's Hut into the lounge area. Please note that the toilet is a composting one and the shower is gas fired. There is an electric radiator in the shepherd's hut.
