Luxury house with private pool 200m from the beach

Luxury house with large private swimming pool in a quiet area. Located 200m from the beach and one of less than 10 marine reserves in Spain and 35 mins drive from Barcelona airport. The house is 200m from the marine reserve of Francas where many fish species can be spotted snorkelling 🤿 a few meters from the shore. Plenty of beach clubs to chill or party at walking distance The stunning mountain range of Massis de Bonastre is just behind the house and large tennis and paddle club 300m away. The space The house is modern and with stylish furniture which we carefully picked. Entering the house from the top floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another double room with attached bathroom, a study room with single bed and the garage. The master bedroom and study open onto a sunny balcony with nice views. Inside the house a staircase will lead you to the level below, with a large living area opening onto a terrasse overlooking the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, another double room (with 2 single beds) with attached bathroom, and a laundry room (with washing machine and sink). From the terrasse you will access the swimming pool and garden on the level below. The studio in the pool floor is no longer being offered for rent due to complaints about humidity in that room. On the ground floor is a large (10x5m) swimming pool, with a stylish lounge area to enjoy a relaxed summer afternoon and sunloungers to sunbath. There is also a gas grill outside which you are free to use. The house is 9 years old and very well cared after, with large windows and lots of sunshine. Guest access Privacy in the swimmingpool and garden is granted as well as in the rest of the space of the house. Other things to note Bathroom towels and bed sheets are provided. Beach towels are not provided. We’d like to ask to please bring beach towels of your own. Basic cleaning service is included. Please remove garbage to the designated street containers and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Unfortunately we had experience with guests leaving the house in very poor state. Therefore we now reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee in case basic cleaning standards are not met. Both neighbours have small children and babies so no PARTY or MUSIC is allowed after 10:00pm. If this rule is not an eviction with no refund for the remaining nights will be executed. Please park the car in the street. There is sufficient parking space. Please keep towels and bedsheets clean. Any missing or permanently stained towel or bed sheet will be charged at original price + 20% service fee. Last but not least, the coffee machine is a Delonghi compatible with Nespresso capsules.
