Welcome! We have a well-maintained and secure apartment unit near the town proper. This can be rented by three guests maximum for 2-6 months. This cozy and clean apartment is called UNIT A. Please note photos are not up to date regarding furniture in the bedrooms. This is one of three apartment units in the same building. It is ideal for clean, quiet and mindful guests: seasoned travelers wanting a comfortable and convenient full sized apartment that's a 15-20 minute walk to town. The space About 50 sq. m. in floor area, the apartment is well-maintained and clean. We hope you keep it that way as well. Please clean as you go. There are two bedrooms with foams on wooden frames. The ceiling height of the place is quite high. There is a low sleeping loft right above the living room. It can be accessed through a staircase found between the living room and bathroom. Guests can opt to cook their own food in the kitchen. There is a covered outdoor area at the kitchen rear where the stove and gas tank are. Cooking utensils, pans, cups, bowls, plates and a refrigerator and electric kettle are provided. The toilet and shower comes with a heater, bidet spray and basic toiletries. Fresh linens and blankets are always prepared. We recommend you try the local transportation and go around Baguio on foot to better appreciate the city and the cool climate! This saves you time in sitting in traffic and looking for a parking space at key tourist spots. Guest access You will have your own private entrance and gate. The back door at the kitchen has a common hallway with the adjacent unit for rent, UNIT B. There is a planter that separates the two areas. We do not have parking on the property. We do not recommend this unit for guests that bring cars. Other things to note This apartment gem is located in a local, no frills, and nothing fancy, medium density residential neighborhood which makes it quite close to the town proper. So please expect that there will be occasional noise from people, cars, or construction during the day. Here you'll get to experience how it feels to live among the locals with houses along sloping terrain. There is no balcony, hence no view for this apartment. It is on the lower ground floor but it has enough setbacks for proper ventilation and daylight. From the main road is a two (2) minute walk to the apartment building and one flight of stairs down to the apartment unit gate.
