The owners of the apartment - we, Roman and Olga - are a married couple, we take care of guests without intermediaries :-) The studio is a former room of 9 sq.m in a former communal apartment. Converted into a separate studio apartment with an iron door. A private bathroom with a shower and a toilet of 1.5 sqm. Convenient self check-in and check-out with an electronic lock. Guest access Guests will have full access to the studio. Other things to note The apartment has a threshold. The common corridor connects 6 studios, all of which are our property. There is a video surveillance in the corridor, before the entrance to the studio. Special attention to cleanliness. Linen is washed in the laundry room. A washer and dryer are available for guests.
