4 bedroom Tenby house with hot tub, garden&parking

4 bedrooms upstairs - two king-size ensuite rooms, one double and a room with a mid sleeper bunk (3 single beds). A travel cot is available. Detached house with private parking for up to 4 cars, enclosed garden overlooking fields with patio dining area and bbq. Minutes from Tenby and Saundersfoot and several family attractions including Heatherton, Manor Wildlife Park, Great Wedlock Deer Park and the Dinosaur Park. Village location. Hot tub for 5 persons available. The space The house is situated in the beautiful, picturesque and quiet village of St Florence in Tenby. Tenby and Saundersfoot town centres are a short drive away. There is private parking and garden space to enjoy, with countryside views. There is a pub which serves food and a cafe (at the garden centre) and a village shop selling all essentials - all in a few minutes walk from the house. Guest access The entire property as pictured. Other things to note The house is situated within a cul de sac and we do have neighbours, so we ask that guests are courteous and respectful of our neighbours during their stay. We have a high chair, stair gate, travel cot, children's cutlery and plates, toys and dvds available for use. 1 well behaved dog is welcome, but must remain downstairs and not on any of the soft furnishings please. The dog must not be left unattended unless crate trained and in the crate. For guests wishing to use the hot tub during their stay an additional fee of £120 is payable for it to be drained, cleaned and set up for arrival and use. As one of our bedrooms has a bunk bed , it isn’t suitable for adults. We can host a maximum of 6 adults. It is sometimes possible for us to accommodate an early check-in and/or late check-out. Please request in advance. This will usually attract an additional fee as an extra service (another cleaner) of £25. In school summer holidays we require a minimum 7 night booking.
