Beach cottage has a cosy beach hut feel to it with all the facilities you need for a seaside holiday. With the garden leading straight onto the rocky/ sandy beach it’s an ideal spot for wild swimming. The space Quirky little one bedroomed cottage in a unique seaside location with stunning views. Town centre only 10 mins walk where you'll find supermarket, banks, train station, charity shops , takeaways , hotels and restaurants. The famous Carnoustie golf course is about 15 minutes walk along the beachfront. Carnoustie Is great for kids with a park, crazy golf, skatepark and tennis courts. Despite being so close to all these amenities you really feel like you’ve escaped to a little retreat once you arrive at beach cottage. That being said, there is a main train line right at the back of the cottage. A few guests over the years have not liked this but mostly people don’t mind at all, too busy looking at the stunning views out to sea. Guest access The entire little cottage! Private garden leading onto the beach, with shelter and barbecue. Other things to note wifi now installed and smart tv. You'll have the soothing sound of the sea on one side and to the back of the cottage is a main railway line, trains start at about 6 am, about 10am on a Sunday. Last trains about 11pm. The cottage is dog friendly but only if your dog is human friendly ( doesn’t bark at neighbours). Registration Details 536321153
