Unique property in Switzerland, built literally on the water by our great grandfather. The house offers a breathtaking view of the lake and a completely private land of more than 1'000 m2. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has all the necessary equipment to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. During your stay, we will make you feel at home. WELCOME TO TWANN HOUSE ! The space Ground floor: Hall, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, living room with large fireplace and sofa bed for two, TV, Wifi, shower room with WC, washing machine and dryer, large balcony overlooking the lake with dining table and outdoor sofa area. First floor: Hall equipped with a double bed, bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bedroom with a double bed, balcony communicating between the two bedrooms, WC with sink. (note: the staircase up to the first floor is rather steep and may not be suitable for the elderly or others) Exterior : Large lawn with a veranda equipped with all the beach games. Covered patio with large dining table (up to 10 people), XXL gas grill, outdoor shower. Direct access to the lake for swimming from the garden via a pontoon, depth in the lake by stages, ideal for children to enjoy as well. Private harbor with pedal boat at disposal, possibility to moor a motor boat. A fence surrounds the garden and protects all access to the lake (children/pets). Others : Deckchairs, pedal boat, ping-pong table, paddle, badminton, beach games and board games available. Internet via WIFI and Netflix access on the television are also included. Linen and all the necessary items for the functioning of the house are provided. (Kitchen linen, bed sheets, shower towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, gas for the grill ...) Guest access Unrestricted access to the entire property. The house and the plot is exclusively reserved for tenants. -The property includes private parking for four cars. -Boat mooring in private harbor possible (on request). -The SBB train station and the stop of the liner boat are in the vicinity of the house. The charming village of Twann is only a few minutes away on foot or by bike. There is a bakery and a grocery store in the village. There is also a municipal outdoor swimming pool nearby. The train station and the harbour of the liner boat are only a few minutes away, so it is easy and quick to go for a ride on the lake or to Biel or Neuchâtel. Moreover, several restaurants are waiting for you on the lake side at less than 10 minutes from the house.
