Mulberry House is 600 metres from the Main Street. - 3 large separate bedrooms x 2 Queen; x 2 Single; x 1 Porta Cot; Sleeps up to 6 guests (and or x 2 babies/toddlers to sleep in Porta Cot) - 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets - Modern fully equipped kitchen & laundry - 2 large living areas - All linen - towels, sheets, doonas, blankets provided - Double undercover Carport - All on one level - no steps in house - Perfect for families and babies / toddlers/ children The space Mulberry House is a spacious, airy and light with large windows throughout; all with garden views. There is a large double carport. There are 2 large separate living areas; lounge/dining and kitchen/living. Kitchen is fully equipped with q wall oven, gas hotplates and dishwasher. All cooking utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware is provided so guests are able to 'stay in' and cook in the kitchen or have a BBQ under the covered pergola area (Outdoor table and chairs under pergola). The 3 Bedrooms all have large windows overlooking the garden. The laundry has front loading washing machine and Dryer. The Main bedroom (Queen Size bed) is at the front of the house; is large with a full Ensuite. The Kitchen living area separates the Main bedroom from the other 2 bedrooms. Bedding configuration for the 2 other separate bedrooms is x 1 Bedroom with Queen; 1 Bedroom with x 2 Single beds (Porta cot available); all bedrooms have large wardrobes and are included in the photos. This end of the house has a large bathroom with bath and double shower; a separate toilet and a hallway separating the bedrooms from each other and the bathroom and toilet. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house (except for a locked Study) and walk in robe). Carport is covered and wide and can accommodate one all AWD vehicle and a medium sized car. If there is more than 2 vehicles, there is ample room in the Driveway for 2 more vehicles to fit. Other things to note $550 per night for use of the house for x 6 people . $100 Cleaning fee.
