Our large studio (55 sqm) with all amenities you may need for work from home or business trip is located in the center of Bucharest , in an area mixing old and new, on a walking distance from major central destinations and only 600 m away from Stefan cel Mare metro station. The building is a truly architectural 2 floor new design building from 2021 with security entrance and free underground parking. This is one of the few Airbnb properties in Bucharest authorized by the Ministry of Tourism The space The space is designed to be a home away from home for long or short stay - you will find books , cooking utensils, cutlery, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher , vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, Smart TV, turntable and vinyl, Nespresso coffee machine, wine and champagne glasses and even a piano We also kept some of hotel amenities like continental hotel bed and pillows , white high quality linens, white towels ,bathrobe, slippers , bath supplies, hairdryer, coffee, tea and water The bed is 160/200 cm . The sofa turns into bed - 120/200 - but the full space can only accommodate 2 persons . We provide bed lines for sofa bed only by request Guest access Guest can access the full space. Other things to note This is a not smoking place No pets or parties allowed. The building is very quiet, please respect the neighbours This place is authorised and inspected by the Romanian Ministry of Tourism and we provide invoice for business trips on request If you need to cook a lot this place is not suitable for you - due to open space . It has all you need for a breakfast or a light dinner but if you plan to cook 3 meals/ day maybe you'll need a bigger space with a closed kitchen
