2 BR Homestay HS2A Sg Buloh with Swimming Pool.

A 2-bedrooms house with 3 beds fully airconditioned with living room, kitchen and shower room. This unit is called HS2A which is part of 10 homestays in MRI Residence Sg Buloh complex. A Private Pool is available for rental at RM40 per 2-hour session. There is also a common pool which is free for all. If you need another 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 bedroom homestay, please book this unit first and airbnb will share with you our phone number so that you can call us for additional booking. The space This house is located near Guthery Highway exit Paya Jaras. Hospital Sg Buloh is 15 minutes away while Penjara Sg Buloh is only 5 minutes by car. UITM Puncak Alam is also reacheable within 15 minutes while UNISEL Bestari Jaya is a 30 minutes drive from this property. Guest access Guest can use outdoor pool whenever available. The whole family can book the pool for private use at the rate of RM40 per 2-hour session for private use. Swiming pool is blocked to other guest when booked for private function. Parking is always available free of charge SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE DURING THE MONTH OF RAMADHAN Other things to note 1. Tenants shall agree to pay a key/security deposit of RM100 for each homestay unit booked in cash or online transfer before or on the day of check-in. The deposit will be returned during check-out on the condition that all keys, autogate remote controllers are returned and the homestay is left in its original condition and there is no damage or loss to property. 2. The tenant shall agree that the room rental payment will be taken directly by AirBNB.com from the credit card/bank account of the owner. 3. Check-in and check-out times are as follows: Check-in : After 3pm Check-out: Before 12pm 4. The number of adult guests must not exceed the maximum number stated in the AirBNB application. An additional fee of RM10/pax/day will be charged if the number of adult guests (overnight) exceeds the limit stated in the AirBNB apps when making a reservation. Overtime fees (per hour) will be charged if guests check in early (before 3 pm) or check out late (after 12 pm until 8 pm). Check-out after 8:00 pm is counted as a full day. 5. Any damage resulting from the customer's negligence will be borne by the customer. A security deposit of RM100 for each homestay unit will be returned within 24 hours after check-out by "bank transfer" if there is no loss or damage to property, furniture is placed in its original place, access cards and autogate controls are also returned in their original condition. 6. If a confirmed reservation is to be cancelled, the refund of the reservation paid to AirBNB depends on the reservation policy between you and AirBNB. We are not involved in refunding money for reservations that have been paid to AirBNB. You need to make a cancellation through the AirBNB Portal. 7. It is forbidden to bring in pork, drugs, alcohol or any prohibited goods in the Islamic religion and Malaysian constitution. 8. Unmarried couples or groups of different sexes (who are not family members) are strictly prohibited from renting the same homestay. We will request proof of kinship such as a marriage certificate if necessary. 9. It is not permitted to make any parties that use Party Poppers, obscene activities or excessive noise. 10. Smoking is not allowed inside the homestay. If we find any traces of smoking and cigarette odors in the homestay, the deposit will not be returned. 11. Please take note of the following: i. Bath towels are not provided at this homestay. However, we provide new towels for sale at RM20.00 per piece that can be taken home. ii. It is not permitted to move furniture without permission. (there is a surcharge if you have a party in the homestay) iii. Do not use high-powered electrical appliances without permission. (there is a surcharge) iv. All rooms and living rooms in the MRI Residence are equipped with air conditioning. For customer comfort and to maintain equipment security, customers are asked not to change the air conditioning settings below 20C. If it's too cold at night, customers can turn off the air conditioner. 12. It is not permitted to bring any food to the poolside unless the customer has booked a "Poolside" party. BBQ equipment is not allowed by the pool. 13. Customers are required to supervise children at all times when using the swimming pool. MRI Residence is not responsible for the safety of pool users. At MRI Residence there are two swimming pools. One Private Pool (3.5ft deep) for 4-room bungalow homestay (HS4A) and another private pool (5ft and 1.5ft deep) for all homestays and roomstays. Private Pools can be booked to be used as private pools on a first come first served basis according to the following sessions: Pre-Check-in Session: 1:30pm -3:30pm (RM40) Session 1 (Afternoon): 3:30pm -5:30pm (RM40) Session 2 (Afternoon): 5:30pm -7:30pm (RM40) Evening Session: 7:30pm - 1:00am (RM150) Session 3 (Morning): 7:30am -9:30am next day (RM40) Session 4 (Morning): 9:30am -11:30am next day (RM40) Post-Checkout Session: 11:30am -1:30pm (RM40) If you would like to book a private pool, we need to know the desired session when making a homestay reservation for us to set up a schedule. Only one group or family is allowed to book and use the pool at a time. 14. Customers are asked to be careful throughout their stay at MRI Residence. MRI Residence will not be liable for any accidents or mishaps that may befall customers and their guests due to their own negligence. 15. Agree to allow part or all of the security deposit to be deducted (based on the rate of damage/loss) if these Terms and Conditions are not complied with.
