The studio has one main room with a double bed, a block-kitchen and an open shower, The 120 sq m green terrace, as well as the small bathroom, are for the exclusive use of the studio, next to it. Especially on summertime, its terrace of 120 square meters, filled with plants, can be very relaxing as it is on the last floor ( 3 1/2 th ) of the building. The studio is ideal for couples with a double bed, an equipped kitchen, a little bathroom with open shower, wireless internet and air condition. Guest access The apartment is in a residential building so each guest should follow general house rules, such as: No loud voices or noise at inappropriate hours and no trash at common areas of the building. Guests should not allow the entrance of strangers at the apartment without host's permission. Smoking is allowed only at the terraces and parties are forbidden. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO GIVE FOOD AT THE CATS, THEY COME FROM THE STREETS AND THEY ARE NOT OURS. ALSO IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LET THEM ENTER IN THE STUDIO.
