A fully-equipped, load shedding free, modern and light-filled top floor apartment with views from every window of some of Cape Town's most beautiful natural landmarks including Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Table Mountain, the promenade and ocean. Glorious sunsets. Well positioned in vibrant, safe Sea Point for shops and restaurants, main bus routes, Cape Town Stadium and the V&A Waterfront. Only 190m to the promenade. Air-conditioned with a shared pool and secure, free underground parking bay. The space Panoramic 180 degree view: The lounge juliet balcony faces the Atlantic Ocean and promenade whilst the lounge and kitchen windows face Lion's Head and the top right flank of Table Mountain. Both bedrooms and bathrooms look out on Signal Hill with a view of the Upper Cable Car station on Table Mountain as well as Lion's Head. The installed power back-up systems in both the apartment and the building ensure that any electricity supply outages or blackouts ("load-shedding") do not effect guests. Essential electrical appliances in the apartment as well as the main building services (elevator, lighting, garage doors, security) remain fully operational during any outages. Ideally located in the bustling Atlantic seaboard suburb of Sea Point, the area is often busy both day and night so be aware that there is usually a lot of activity underway. Major and specialist shops as well as a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs are all within a few minutes walk of the apartment. A large supermarket is also located in the mall directly opposite the apartment building. Guest access The entire apartment is available and exclusively for the use of guests. The free underground parking bay, which is accessed via an automated garage door, is conveniently located 10m away from the main lift lobby. Other things to note The apartment's dedicated inverter battery back-up system enables most electrical items to function uninterrupted during any scheduled or unscheduled electricity outage (called electricity load shedding in South Africa, usually occurring for 2 hour periods at a time if so). After check-in, guests will receive their own set of keys to access the apartment itself as well as the main reception lobby (from both the street and underground parking levels) and pool deck (located on the first floor). At check-in only, per building management rules, the main (reserving) guest must present their unique QR Code as received by them after their completion of a secure link. The link will be shared with incoming guests by the host for their completion 1 to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. It must be submitted online ideally no later than 5 days prior to arrival to ensure that the guest receives their generated QR code prior to check-in. The apartment is cleaned and serviced (fresh linen and towels) weekly for guests staying for a period of 7 days or longer. These services may be arranged for shorter stays as well at an additional charge. Whilst neither bathroom has a bathtub, each has a full shower.
