A land of culture, ancient traditions, hospitality, and wholesome cuisine from times gone by. The space La Piccola Dimora is the most intimate apartment in Villa Antonella. It is located on the first floor and is about 55 square meters in size. You enter through an independent external entrance. Bright, functional, and fully air-conditioned. Inside there is a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a living room and a kitchenette. Outside, it has a private terrace overlooking the hills and mountains for cool breakfasts and dinners. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts, including air conditioning in every room. WiFi inside and outside the house. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. The house can host up to 4 people. The fourth person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. Villa Antonella is located in a breezy, spacious area overlooking the hills of Basilicata. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful park-garden of over 3,000 square meters, shaded by trees, centuries-old olive trees, and ornamental plants, and a patio-solarium with an incredible view that extends to the mountains of the Pollino National Park. Perfect for afternoons and evenings of pure relaxation. Possibility of using the fenced parking inside the property. We offer you tranquility, privacy, and a safe environment. Fenced property and shaded parking spaces. Discreet and immediately helpful homeowners. Guest access Guests will have a dedicated entrance to the property. They will be able to use the rented apartment and its outdoor space on the terrace with a view. There is also the option of using the large garden, the patio/sun room, the indoor parking, and the laundry room shared with any guests who may be present in the other rental apartment, located on the ground floor and independent, which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The very large common areas are organized in such a way as to allow full enjoyment and respect for privacy. Other things to note The cost of the reservation does not include the accommodation tax imposed by the Municipality of Pisticci. The cost will be communicated after the booking is confirmed and must be paid in cash at check-in. We're unable to accommodate additional guests other than those declared at the time of booking.
