It's a quick bike ride, less than 10 min walk (1/2 mile) to Plaza Midwood neighborhood restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and hangouts. It's 1.3 mi. from Bojangles Coliseum & Park Expo Center. It's 10 mi. from airport & 2 mi. from uptown Charlotte. 30% discount for weekly stays & 40% discount for monthly stays. There is construction activity nextdoor. The space The tiny house is 320 square feet and designed with a Mid-Century Modern flare. The interior is a whimsical, nouveau retro mix of old and new. There is a super comfortable queen bed, lot's of dresser storage, ROKU TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and table and chairs. The main living area has a high lofted ceiling with skylights and a ceiling fan. The tile bathroom has a custom shower, fluffy towels, and a bluetooth bathroom speaker. The tiny house is a located behind my house with a private entrance and private driveway that will fit one regular size car, truck or SUV. There is also free on street parking in front of the home for larger vehicles. The tiny house has a private yard that is your's to enjoy whether you prefer lounging in a lawn chair or napping in the hammock. The tiny house can be a destination all by itself! It is great for any type of travel, whether you are visiting the area, in town for business, or scouting the area to relocate. Guest access Key code access, and private driveway off the alleyway. Driveway is 20 foot length and requires a tight turn. It will accommodate 1 normal size car, truck or SUV. Will not accommodate RV, moving truck, or larger/commercial type vehicle.
