House in Drôme Provençale: calm and nature

For lovers of calm and nature. Charming village house with garden, renovated and well-equipped. On the side of a beautiful Provençal valley, close to hiking trails, mountain biking, a climbing site and cycling routes. The space The house can ideally accommodate 4 to 5 people. Upstairs, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom/office/TV room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (+ possibility to install a bed for a baby) and an "open" bedroom on the landing equipped with a bunk bed (a curtain separates this room). The bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine. On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher and gas cooking point (an extra fridge can also be plugged into the outdoor shelter overlooking the garden). A table for 4 people is installed in the kitchen. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace (which can be opened and therefore become an "open fire"). A sofa and armchair are installed in the seating area. Next to the living room is a dining area: a large table for 6 people is installed in the living room. Possibility to listen to your CDs, MP3s... Outside, on the square side, there is an awning that can accommodate 2 cars. On the garden side there is a terrace with a large table for 6 people. Guest access All areas are accessible to guests.
