Cosy and comfortable room in a peaceful house

Cosy room with a comfortable double bed, a new wardrobe with mirrorred doors, a desk, and a chair in a very clean and tidy house. A kettle, some tea, and coffee is provided as seen on pictures for your best comfort and also a bath towel. A second person is welcome at extra charge. The location is quite convenient, three minutes walking distance to UNSW, easy access to public transport and to move around Sydney, and close to all shops and public transport. A one night booking at extra cost. The space The house is 5 minutes walking distance to UNSW and about 15 minutes walking to Coogee Beach. Shops and buses are also very close to the property and easy access to other areas. A lightrail runs along the road, and its stop is just about 200m down the road. You can also enjoy the neighbourhood to dine out or simply go out for drinks as there are some good places nearby. You will be sharing the house with myself and another guest. Guest access The guest will share the common areas with myself and probably with another air bnb guest as I have one more room listed. You'll have access to bathroom, loungeroon & dining area, kitchen, and laundry. *A dryer is not available During your stay I'm a full-time professional who enjoys the outdoors, and sometimes, staying at home, especially for dinner. I do have a busy schedule, so I may not have an opportunity to catch up with you personally. However, I should be reachable on my phone. Other things to note We live in a smoke-free and pet free home, and the neighbourhood is mostly of family households. The neighbourhood is quite safe amd there's a lightrail that goes to the City 200m away from the house. There's public parking on the street, however er availability will depend on day to day as it's public. Registration Details Exempt
