It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 and storage, a bathroom with a shower, a vanity unit, (hair dryer is at your disposal), a separate toilet, a small equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, and all the utensils to make good dishes) open to the living room with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), TV, tastefully decorated overlooking the outdoor terrace. A beautiful small fenced and equipped wooden terrace, overlooking the dune and the parking lot, is ideal for enjoying the sweetness of Landes evenings and sharing good meals with family or friends to the sound of the ocean. All you have to do is enjoy your stay! Mimizan beach, its lively pedestrian streets and huge beaches are a 10-minute walk away.
