Please leave the room before 10 am and be punctual. If the time is exceeded, an extension fee will be charged. Please be careful. We are sorry but we can't keep your luggage after check out time.You can deposit it to locker installed in train stations. During 10AM-14:30PM : Cleaning. Cleaning staffs will come after 10 o'clock check-out time. Thank you for your cooperation in promptly leaving. After 15 PM : CHECK-IN. (Price is usually from 300JPY-700JPY) Please don't smoke in room/balcony/building area. You can go to nearby convenience store to use Ashtray bin there.（禁煙） Please don't make loud noise after 9PM.（騒音） ★ About stains and damage to equipment ★（備品破損） We will charge the actual cost + installation cost of 2750 yen (+ disposal cost for large size). Aging deterioration is excluded. ※If you leave your suitcase in your room as garbage and leave the room, you will be charged a separate disposal fee. *Towels and linens are also covered. If the stains are too severe, we will charge you. To our guests who have made long-term reservations Thank you very much for staying with us for a long term. We ask that you clean the room or change the linens every two weeks to ensure everyone's comfort. Please note that the following charges will be incurred in addition to the room and cleaning fees. (1) No cleaning→2,200 yen for linen + 1,650 yen (with linen set up) = 3,850 yen 2) With cleaning→2,200 yen for linen + 3,300 yen = 5,500 yen 3) Linen replenishment only 2,200 yen *No replenishment of consumables.
