My place is quiet and not overlooked when you are on my large balcony It is surrounded by greenery and birds Free public parking at the bottom of the building Private parking €10/day with Badge It is 2 minutes from the National Conservatory of Music of Nice 10 min from the Valrose Medical School My place is in the Cimiez neighborhood, a safe, quiet and pleasant neighborhood to walk around I would like to point out that I am not in the city center The space My accommodation is a 3-room apartment with 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room; a large balcony with an unobstructed view and therefore not overlooked Each bedroom has its own dressing room It is located in the best area of NICE which is CIMIEZ It also has a new equipped and furnished kitchen open to the living room A washing machine Wi-Fi with fiber An ironing board and iron A hairdryer and bath towels are available Guest access At the bottom of my building you will find several free parking spaces Otherwise you can use my secure private parking with Barrier and Badge for 10 euros per day My accommodation is not in downtown Nice but is accessible to the city center in 20/25 minutes with buses 18 and 36 in front of my building, 16 and 5 around my building, and tram surrounding my neighborhood ATTENTION ⚠️ The Mayor of Nice has decided to stop the Nice buses between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and the Nice trams until 1 a.m. max. I would like to clarify that I am in no way responsible for this and that if you want the trams and buses of Nice at your feet, please book a rental in the hustle and bustle of the city center and not at my place, because my accommodation is surrounded by greenery and removed from noise, pollution and all malicious people...
