Typical parisian 1 bedroom APT

It's a bright, quiet and cosy flat on the last and fourth floor (no elevator) of a typical parisian building. If you're not busy elsewhere, you'll be able to admire the sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the couch. The space The apartment is on the 4th and last floor, without elevator. It is 27m2 in total There is the kitchen living room, the bedroom, and a tiny but very functional bathroom with shower. The kitchen is small, but nothing is missing, not even the cake molds ! The price is the same for one, two or three people. There is a real bed (2 places). If there are three of you, or two who don't want to sleep in the same bed, there is the sofa in the living room that folds out. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. I provide a set for the week. If you stay longer, I'll give you a replacement. I provide a large soap in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, but not individual bars of soap, nor shampoo, shower gel, etc. You must therefore bring your own toiletries. There is no socket in the bathroom (safety standards, it would be too close to the shower). But there's one just outside. By leaving the door open you can use your devices. The hot water tank is more than enough for 3 normal showers in a row, but not for three very long showers in a row. There is a washing machine, and detergent, that you can use. To dry it, either hang it on my dryer, or you can go to the laundromat, 50 meters away. WARNING : you are supposed to clean the appartment before leaving : clean the table, sweep the floors, do the dishes, clean the bathroom and toilets . If you not want to do cleaning, tell me and I will charge you 60€ for it Guest access The apartment is a stone's throw from the "Porte de Bagnolet" metro, tram, and buses. It is on the 4th floor without elevator. You can collect the key at any time of the day or night. The key is hidden, i will tell you where before arrival. Arrival time is very flexible, from 7am. By 2:00 p.m. you must have packed your bags and cleaned the apartment, but you can leave your suitcases until 7:00 p.m. Other things to note Please note, this is a “real” “airbnb” apartment, in other words it is an apartment that I live in when it is not rented. This is not an apartment transformed into a hotel room, as we see so many... So there are also personal belongings, which I cannot remove or have them dusted one by one between each tenant. Or I should double my price (knowing that the youth hostel next door is 39€ per person per night in a dormitory) I'm a fan of flea markets, so you won't find brand new chipboard furniture there either. Still, it's clean, and I appreciate it being left as clean as found . In short, if you are looking for an apartment straight out of magazines, bordering on sanitized, this will not suit you.
