Rental unit in Leipzig

A bright charming apartment in a house built in 1900 welcomes you in the time I am away for work and traveling. My place in the 2. floor has one big & one small bedroom and is 4 stops by tram or 20min walking distance away from the city center, 20 min by public transport to the trade fair and 30 min from/to the airport. Supermarkets, bakeries & pharmacies as well as a cinema and cafes close by offers everything you need. The space My place can host 4-5 people for a couple of days at the moment (for longer than 5 days it might be a bit too small with 5). I have a bedroom with a double bed and a guestroom with an extendable bed (1.60m) where one to two person can sleep as well as a sleeping couch. For your convenience there is a washing machine in the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including dish washer with access to a balcony which faces the quiet and all day sunny yard like all rooms except of the living room. In the kitchen you will find free coffee, tea, oil, vinegar and spices as well as shower gel, shampoo and some other toiletries you can use in the bathroom. In the living room is an Smart TV (no cable TV) where you can watch Netflix and different apps for free. The apartment is not safe for children and due to allergies no pets are allowed. Guest access You have access to all rooms. Other things to note Please let me know in your first message who exactly is coming and the purpose of your trip that i know you read the listing. There is Netflix (Smart TV with some TV station apps / no cable TV) in the living room. Please don't stream/upload/download movies and videos on other website because many of them are forbidden in Germany and this can have very hard consequences moneywise and by law. Be aware that this comes back to you because you will use a separate WIFI. ***From 1 April 2023, the City of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the overnight accommodation price as a local expense tax in accordance with its accommodation tax statutes, which can be found on the City of Leipzig's website.
