New, modern and gay-friendly near Europapark Rust

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space. The space Stylish and modern, so we would designate the decor of our apartment. It is located in a very quiet residential area and has a large panoramic window (with external blinds) towards the nature on the rear side of the house. In addition to the large double bed, there is also a cozy sofa. Bed linen is provided. For a particularly good sleep experience you can choose between a large and two different small pillows (feather or synthetic hypoallergenic). A floor heating ensures a pleasant room climate. The large built-in closet offers enough space to store your personal belongings even during a longer stay. Since June 2020 we can also offer a RFID-safe to store your valuable things. In the bathroom, we provide the hand and shower towels and shower gel / shampoo, conditioner and body lotion is available. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find an induction hob, a hot air / microwave and a dishwasher and the fridge freezer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guest apartment which can be reached via a separate staircase. Other things to note Complimentary, we provide a bottle of Black Forest sparkling water and a little surprise at each visit. Also coffee pads for the Senseo machine and tea bags are available for free. In the fridge you will find the so-called Honesty Bar, a small selection of regional alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which are available for a corresponding Obulus. The piggy bank is looking forward to being fed. We have always attached great importance to hygiene and cleanliness and continue to do so. However, we are also increasingly paying attention to the fact that all surfaces, door handles, light switches, etc. are also desinfected after each visit. Between visits, our preparation and follow-up time means that we have a minimum time of almost two days where the apartment is empty and ventilated extensively to further minimize the risk of infection. The bed linen and towels as well as the rags used for cleaning etc. are washed at a minimum of 60 degrees. We like to welcome our guests personally, but also provide the comfortable contactless self-check in via key box.
