Just married or need a romantic place for 2? Well, we offer you an apartment located in a beautiful stone house under UNESCO protection! The apartment is only 150 meters far from the city walls....3 minutes walk and a few min. to the beach. Please mind the fact that the apartment is ONLY 40 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL . This apartment is now reconstructed into a top-notch unit with new furniture inside and outside The space This is my second apartment which is smaller than A1 and has only one sleeping room, kitchen, and together 30 square meters. You will find a nice big terrace with an awesome sea view, literally above the beach and only 3-4 minutes far from the very centre of the old town. This is a noise-free place so you can sleep whenever you want to. APARTMENT 2 (2+1) - 30 square meters - sleeping room 16 square meters with double bed and a fold-out chair bed (sofa bed) in the corner, kitchen 8 and bathroom 6 square meters, TV, air-condition, terrace with sea view. You are only 200 meters far from the old town and only 70 meters from the beach. The first supermarket is 150 meters away as well as the bus station, taxi stop, bakery and ATM. Anything you want to reach you reach within 5 minutes...isn't it lovely ? Dubrovnik is known for its steep neighbourhoods and consequently a lot of stairs. This can be a problem during the summer when the temperature reaches 35 degrees and you have to do all those stairs several times per day. However, since the house is in the first row of buildings located literally above the beach, there are exactly 62 stairs to the apartment from the main road looking at the beach that takes you to the Old Town. The 400-year-old stone house that had a peculiar role during the Republic of Dubrovnik is now a small hotel with 2 lovely apartments each with a big terrace and an awesome sea view. Free of any noise, this accommodation will offer you a unique feeling of tranquillity, nature and the history of our city. If there are available spots, guests may reserve the parking spot on a private parking company link which is 5 min. walk from the apartments. I can provide you the link.
