Coastal apartment with two bedrooms only a 5 minute stroll from the beach. Situated in BBC Countryfiles "Best Village of the Year" the apartment is close to all the local amenities of Bembridge. Parking for 2 cars and a private enclosed decked area to keep dogs or children contained this apartment provides a fantastic base to explore all that is the Isle of Wight. The space You will find the Willows just a 5 minute walk to the beach one way and a few minutes walk the other to an amazingly well stocked convenience store. A 15 minute stroll takes you into the main village centre and there are also several pubs and restaurants within a very short radius. As you arrive at the Willows you enter through a communal courtyard and into your own private terraced area with security light. You enter by the front door into the kitchen. The kitchen comprises a fridge freezer which will contain milk for your arrival. Cooking facilities include a full electric range cooker, microwave, and toaster. A kettle is provided along with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Also in the kitchen is a washer dryer, dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen including all utensils, equipment and tableware (including child safe) to provide a home from home experience. We also provide an iron, ironing board, washing line, pegs and airer and full range of cleaning equipment should you require it. Even dogs are catered for with both water and feed bowls to use, and their own use of towels, shampoo and lead hooks, not forgetting their complimentary treats and poo bags. The apartment is heated by gas central heating. Through the kitchen you move into the lounge diner which provides a cosy hub for you to relax in on the 2 sofas. An extending dining table and chairs for six provide a perfect area to share a family meal with after a day exploring the island. Fibre Wifi is provided throughout the property along with smart tv’s and dvd player. We have a well stocked entertainment cupboard with board games, cards, drawing, lego etc to keep you entertained on those wet days. There are French doors opening out onto the terrace and an awning to open to cover the whole area to provide shade and protection from light showers (not suitable for windy or very wet conditions). Outside tables and chairs are provided to enjoy the outside space. Back in the apartment the lounge leads to a large spacious hallway area providing ample space to store coats shoes and boots, or even a pushchair or mobility scooter. We have a fully accessible wet room containing sink, high powered shower and WC with stability rails if required. Our two bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 between them. Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed, TV, DVD player and fire stick. We also supply a hairdryer and pair of straighteners. This bedroom has the NEW ADDITION of an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM providing the welcome addition of a second toilet, vanity unit and shower in the apartment. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds and a double sofa bed, with a tv and fire stick provided and also the added extra of an Xbox and vast array of games (which doubles as a DVD player). All linen and towels are provided and beds will be made up on your arrival.
