The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area feature French windows that open onto a stone patio with a garden. While there is no washing machine in the house, service washes can be arranged with notice. The lounge includes two settees, an oak coffee table, a Smart TV, and WiFi. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a high-quality fold-down bed for a child, with a memory foam mattress. Please let us know if you need this bed. The cottage provides easy access to the Peak District and Manchester City Centre, while also offering the peace and quiet of the countryside. Beautiful local walks are available right on the doorstep around Park Bridge and Daisynook. Access is via a farm lane/bridle path, which can be bumpy. Guest access Guests have access to the patio area and garden allocated to the cottage. Shared private car park for the Bank Top Barn Cottages. Please note: On principle, we do NOT increase our prices during school holidays. Other things to note The cottage is on a working farm and the single lane leading to it sometimes gets 'bumpy' - guests should proceed slowly and also be mindful of horses.
