The space Our room is one of the most special room with great pool view private pool entrance. The room is comfortable one bedroom type with fully furnish. Living room has a sunbathing area. We also have cooking counter too. The bathroom is separated from the bathroom. All facilities up your living level. We have air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, sofa, office table, dining table and chairs, bath towels, floor mats, etc. to create a warm and convenient atmosphere for your stay. Guest access Public swimming pool, gym, library, community club meeting room, parking lot, entire room. Other things to note 1. This complex is a newly completed civilized community. Please do not shout loudly and carry pets in the complex. 2. If the guest forgets the key to the room, we only can send the key to you before 9:00 am, after 5:00 pm, and guest must pay 300 THB for key sending service. If the guest lost the key or the key card , guest will be fined (key 700 THB, door card 700 THB) 3. Households with a lease period of more than 3 weeks are responsible for water and electricity charges. The water fee is 40THB/cubit and the electricity fee is 5THB/unit。 If the tenant does not pay the utility bill, we will deduct it from your deposit. 4. We don't provide toilet tissue and toiletries; we provide two bath towels, but you need more extra, you need to pay for extra (150 BTH/pc.) 5. During the renting of the room, if the house is damaged or lost, guest may choose to find the agreed price to compensate or deduct from the deposit.
