The attractive open plan kitchen in the living room comes fully equipped with all basic amenities.The living area feature flat screen Smart TVs with satellite channels and NETFLIX. Our Apartments are also fully equipped with SOLAR INVERTER SYSTEM, we pride ourselves with clean energy. The space The Apartment includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms,living room , each of the bedrooms and living rooms feature AC units and ceiling fans,dinning, and an open plan kitchen fully equipped with All basic amenities. It also has a patio, and a back yard garden. It is furnished with high quality furniture and amenities. The Bedrooms also include closets. Guest access - All amenities and basic essentials you need in a home; ( bed sheets , toilet paper, body soap ,hand wash ,dish soap, towels etc) * A welcome tray with,water,tea,coffee and sweetener. - Kitchen utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, 2 ring electric cooker, fridge with freezer etc. - Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms( Turn off when you’re not using them) -Water heater/boiler in bathrooms ( Turn off after usage) -A smart TV with Netflix, YouTube -Free and unlimited WiFi access -24/7 electricity! the apartment is powered by solar inverters, in case of a general power outage (which happens in the Gambia) ; everything in the apartment will still have power except for the AC’s and water heaters which are powered by the main grid/main energy company in The Gambia (NAWEC). -***Guest ARE responsible for buying/topping up cash power (prepaid codes inputted into the meter to supply electricity) its not much. Help is readily available to purchase with receipt by host or member of staff. How long it last depends on usage of the AC’s. Complementary cash power will be available for first night. -Security on Site -Free Daily cleaning service is provided except for Sundays. *Cleaners change bed sheets and towels every 2 days. - Laundry service is available for a fee; Laundresses also does ironing -Free in Premise Parking (one car) -Free On Street Parking. - Front patio with seating overlooking varieties of flower's , palm trees for your morning coffee ,evening wines or readings. -A friendly and an available host who is a call or text away. Other things to note The apartment has an open kitchen plan design , please open the sliding windows (the side with the window mesh)when cooking for proper ventilation. -we can arrange with a taxi for airport pickups and drop offs for a fee. - We believe that a home is where you make it yours , a peaceful environment and cleanliness are very important to us ,so we hope you will treat the place like you do your own home.
