Enter through the porch into a welcoming hall. From here, turn right to the cosy snug with a TV or left into the elegant sitting room, which flows seamlessly into the spacious kitchen-dining area. A mudroom provides convenient storage for coats and boots, with a laundry/utility room at the rear featuring a handy laundry chute from the family bathroom above. A small cloakroom is also located on the ground floor. First Floor Head upstairs to discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Bedroom 4 is a spacious king-size room with two large windows offering garden views. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, and the family bathroom is conveniently located opposite. Bedroom 2 features twin beds, while the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite for added privacy. Outdoor Space The south-west-facing garden has been thoughtfully landscaped, offering a large patio perfect for entertaining, along with a lush lawn and a tree-lined area ideal for adventures. A gate leads directly to Witcombe Woods and surrounding walking trails, making this property a haven for nature lovers. Outdoor furniture and an arbour make the garden an inviting space for summer gatherings. Additional Details There is a one-bedroom annex adjacent to Knapp Lodge, complete with an open-plan kitchen and sitting room, plus a roof terrace visible from the main property. Things to Note The property is best suited for family or friend reunions. Steps lead up to the house, and high retaining walls at the rear may be hazardous for very young children. A shared driveway with the annex property, provides convenient parking. With breathtaking views and thoughtful amenities, Knapp Lodge is the perfect countryside retreat. Guest access This is our family home which we let out in full for short periods during the year. Guests would have full access to all areas of the house and garden. Cupboard and/or hanging space will be available in each room. Other things to note There are two fantastic showers but no bath at the property. In the unlikely event that there should there be any problems with the running of the house during your stay we will endeavour to send appropriate help to resolve the issue.
