Hilltop Holiday Cottage, close to many beaches!

The Hilltop is a self catering holiday cottage situated on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, within a very short drive of numerous sandy beaches and fun days out. It can sleep up to 4 guests (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) plus 1 baby/toddler - travel cot and highchair are available free of charge. The space The Hilltop is a spacious and comfortable self catering holiday cottage on the Isle of Anglesey. Bedding and towels are provided, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and grill, gas hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the basic utensils. However, if you need anything else please don't hesistate to contact us - we are only next door! Location - Bodedern is a peaceful village and is well equipped with a small shop, a post office, one pub, and a playground. Approximately a 10 minute drive away is Holyhead where you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and take-aways, a cinema, and a soft play for the little ones on rainy days. The Hilltop is ideally situated for many beaches and other great days out - the popular beaches of Trearddur Bay, Rhosneigr, Church Bay and Sandy Beach, are all within a 15 minute drive, and a 10 minute drive takes you to Penhros Country Park - beautiful woods, a small beach, and a brilliant burger van - a brilliant day out! A 30 minute drive will take you to the stunning Newborough Beach - a pine forest, sand dunes, and a beautiful beach, leading to a lovely island (only cut off at high tide) - what more could you ask for! It is also conveniently located (a 15 minute drive) for the Anglesey Circuit, home to many car and motorcycle racing events. There are plenty of fun family activities close by - Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm, Pili Palas (a butterfly and wildlife centre), and the famous Beaumaris Castle are all on Anglesey, and just over the bridge onto the mainland is the fun filled adventure park Greenwood Forest Park, with attractions for all ages, toddler upwards. Slightly futher afield (but still within an hour or so) are Caernarfon Castle, Llandudno and the Great Orme, Snowdon, the Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay, and Surf Snowdonia, plus many others.
