The house is perfect for 2 families, and can sleep 8 people comfortably with 4 large bedrooms, each with either king, queen or double beds. An additional 2 people can be accommodated on mattresses. Wall to wall sliding doors open from the dining & living room onto a huge deck with ample outdoor living and dining and views to the ocean and Kapiti Island. Enjoy a bbq on the deck or an evening drink while watching the breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of the outdoor couches. Improve your golf game on the putting green while the kids are bouncing on the new springfree trampoline. For cooler weather, there are plenty of indoor games for adults and kids and a ducted gas fireplace to keep you cosy and warm. The spacious bedrooms are all upstairs, with amazing views. The master bedroom has a full ensuite, and there is another full bathroom with luxurious bath and large shower. An additionsl toilet downstairs makes this house perfect for families and groups.
