Small single-story gîte for 4 people all year round and outbuilding for 4 people from July 19, 2025 Located in Sainte-Colombe-sur-l'Hers, a small traditional village on the border between the Aude countryside and the Ariège Pyrenees in the heart of Cathar country, you will enjoy many opportunities for sports and cultural activities. Includes bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, 1 separate entrance with single bed. Equipped kitchen, private garden and terrace not overlooked. The space The gîte is a single-storey maisonette sheltered from the weather by the main house located upstream. The garden is semi-enclosed, open to the terraces and the surrounding countryside. A large master bedroom with double bed, an entrance with cupboard and single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, will welcome you for a cool and quiet rest. A large bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen, will allow you to enjoy your stay in comfort. In summer the cottage expands to accommodate 8 people: On the ground floor of the main house 2 double bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. Finally, the exteriors are at your disposal with armchairs, deckchairs, lounge and parasols as well as an above-ground pool for your leisure time. The ping pong table is to be placed at your convenience. Guest access Access to the accommodation is independent. A lockbox is available for late check-ins. A paved driveway in front of the entrance will allow you to park your vehicle away from the vegetation for less heat. Other things to note Your little companions are welcome. It is recommended that they relieve themselves outside the property. A poop scoop is available to avoid small oversights... A small hen and its henhouse are also part of the decor for the pleasure of young and old. A washing machine can be available upon request as it is in my accommodation next door, only for stays of 2 weeks or more. Otherwise, a laundromat is present 500 m away in the village.
