Romantic villetta with a wonderful view

Our family house in San Nazzaro (Gambarogno) is situated on a slope. Due to the location, it is recommended to arrive by car. Public transportation is available every 1-2 hours. In this villetta we rent a 5.5-room terrace house with a wonderful view of Ascona, Locarno, the Brissago Islands and the mountains. The house is perfect for families. The space The living and dining rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The equipment in the kitchen is of high quality. The outdoor area has different zones, covered and uncovered. The lower terrace is a common area. The apartment has four bedrooms (1x 200x200cm, 2x 160x200cm, bunk beds (4x 160x200cm and 2x 90x200cm). The master bedroom and the room with the bunk beds have AC . Fans are available for the other rooms with King size beds. No pets allowed. The visitor's tax of CHF 3.50 per person (from 14 years) and night is not included in the price. Guest access Separate access. With parking spaces directly next to the house. If necessary, the gate can be opened to create more parking spaces.
