Safe territory with 24-hour security and CCTV. You'll provided with everything you need for your stay: bed linen, towels, dishes, everything for cooking, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Guest access Guests are provided with: a large two-level swimming pool, sun loungers, a cafe-bar, a tennis court, a children's playground, 24-hour security, parking. Also on request it is available a baby crib, baby chair and other. On request we provide all necessary documents for a long-term visa. Also you are able to use the safe in our office (safe is available Mon - Fri 9:00 to 18:00, sub. 11:00 to 18:00). Other things to note Free high-speed Wi-Fi in the apartment and in the Condo area. It's possible to provide breakfast on the territory of the complex for an additional fee - 200 THB / person per day. For daily rent free cleaning service is provided during the stay (for more 7 days rent). For less 7 days rent the final cleaning is paid by the guest additionally. For month rent cleaning is not included in the price, you can order it additionally - 1400 THB. On departure you need to pay extra for electricity and water: 6 THB for unit (electricity) and 40 THB for unit (water) and final maid service of 1400 THB. On arrival you need to pay safe deposit - 10.000 THB (or $300).
