VILLA TRISìNA - Palinuro Apartment

Villa Trisina, a completely renovated stone house, in the center of the ancient rural village. It has become an exclusive residence in Ispani, a quiet and well-inhabited village just 3 km from the sea, in the Gulf of Policastro. The space Our Palinuro apartment is an excellent solution between comfort and independence. It is located on the first floor of Villa Trisìna and is accessed from the internal garden via an external stone staircase. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a large and bright living room, complete with a TV area, a sofa (which can be opened to provide two additional beds) and its own closet. Guests have access to a nice kitchen complete with appliances, furnished with dishes, plates, glasses, etc., and a bathroom complete with shower. Upon request, you can use the elevator inside the apartment. You continue and have access to a bright and comfortable master bedroom, with a double bed (or two single beds), furnished with attention to detail, an excellent combination of elegance, tranquility and intimacy and two windows overlooking the Gulf. Guests of the Palinuro apartment will have an additional LED TV in the double bedroom, a mini fridge and a wardrobe, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and linen complete with towels and a shower towel, in each of the two bathrooms. All the rooms of Villa Trisina are simply furnished, with exposed beams, fresh walls protected by stone and light colors. Guest access Guests can take advantage of the common garden on the ground floor, equipped with tables, chairs and a relaxation area. Other things to note - Secondary costs, not included in the price, are the accommodation tax (to be paid on site at the time of check-out), linen and final cleaning for a total of €70.00; Midweek change or surcharge for additional linen change €40.00 (to be paid on site at the time of check-out). - Breakfast service is not provided. On site you will be advised on some bars/clubs where you can go. It is possible to take advantage of the beach service with bar and restaurant at a hotel on the nearby coast of Capitello, a seaside hamlet of Ispani. - Smoking is not allowed in the interior of Villa Trisina, but only in the garden and outdoor spaces.
