Marika's Guesthouse Chania near the beach

Marika's Guesthouse is situated in the suburb of Nea Chora, just 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the centre of town and Old Venetian harbour. The newly renovated apartment has a fresh and airy sea theme creating a cool, calming and relaxing environment. It is fully equipped to function as a 'home away from home'. All amenities are within easy walking distance. Your hosts Nick and Marina are available to assist you with anything you might need to enjoy your stay in Chania. The space The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and takes the entire floor. It is very spacious, airy and its special features are extra length beds, top quality mattresses, pillows and superior linen. We have also provided beach towels. The bathroom has a shower and a bath for relaxation, and an area with the washing machine. The lounge has a large comfortable sofa couch which sleeps 2 and a dining area with a table for 6. There is a reading and laptop working area and desk. The patio doors open onto the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. We have a crib and highchair (on request) for families with infants. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as air conditioners. Guest access Ground floor stair access to apartment on the first floor Other things to note We have a solar heating system for hot water as well as a geyser/boiler. In summer hot water is adequate but if guests do need to use the geyser, please switch off at night and/or after use. Please also turn off all fans and air-conditioners when leaving the apartment.
