Private parking off road behind secure gates overlooking greenfields and woodlands, this is the perfect base to explore the SW of England and the all it has to offer. The space We will meet with you to ensure you settle in right away and talk you through the accommodation, what the area has to offer and tell you where the train station/shops/garage etc is. Access to the shower room/toilet is through the main bedroom. This is ideal for families or guests who know one another well, but not everyone's cup of tea! 1 upstairs bedroom with shower room/toilet off. Downstairs living/kitchen space with a double and single sofa bed. Guest access Secure private off road parking with and acre and a half of lovely garden with a private summer house to escape and relax whilst listening to the birds. There is a swing, slide and climbing frame for the younger ones.....and they can even feed our hens. Other things to note Double bed upstairs with shower room and toilet off. High quality double and single sofa beds downstairs, but access to the toilet is via the upstairs bedroom....not a problem for most, but NOT ideal for everyone!
