Our guests stay in the heart of the city center, enjoying short distances to the tourist highlights of Dresden. Then in the evening, visitors usually have a performance at the Semper Opera House, a concert at the Frauenkirche, international gastronomy in the old town or a trendy pub stroll in Dresden's Neustadt on the program. You can get to Neustadt easily from our accommodation by tram line 7, even at night as it is a night line. Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms and doors in this apartment. Other things to note The house is very centrally located near Dresden Central Station. ### Therefore, please note the train line is also nearby. This is often overlooked!!! This can be read in our guests' reviews. ### The railway is renewing a large number of bridges. A bridge is also being renewed near us. Unfortunately, it is not precisely defined how long the railway needs for this renovation, as there are always different times. We ask for your understanding as it is unfortunately not in our hands. Guests who book for other people are asked to refrain from doing so, as communication cannot be conducted directly. If in doubt, ask before booking. In our surroundings there is a building that offers events on weekends. As a result, the organizers do not always comply with the legal regulations such as quiet hours. The city of Dresden has been informed of this and we hope that this will be settled in a timely manner. Please read the descriptions of our guests as we only have the opportunity to point this out.
