Artist's Paradise in France

The decor is a mix of modern and old. The interior of the house is painted in white. Ceiling heights are 3M. Some walls are exposed in stone. All floors except for couloir and kitchen are oak or chestnut. The main house has 14 rooms. The space My house is reserved for artists: e.g. writers, academics, painters. Maximum number of guests is two adults. It is not a typical chambre d'hote. The property is for artists that seek absolute quiet to complete their work, while having access to nearby shops, Saint Yrieix-La-Perche, and Limoges. The minimum stay is one week [1,000 EUR]. The price of longer stays may be negotiated. Guest access Guests may walk through the fields, gardens, and forests. They may park vehicles in a large barn. Wifi is available but there is no TV. Use of my extensive library requires respect for its value and condition. Guests may use the entire house. However, the second house is off-limits. During your stay I will greet guests, if I am in France. Otherwise, my agent will provide all information and support.
