Welcome to your cosy apartment close to the heart of Manchester. Being only walking distance or a short drive from the city centre, Old Trafford stadium and universities, it is the ideal base for your Manchester stay. Although fairly central, the flat is located in a quiet residential area. You'll enjoy two comfy double rooms, two bathrooms (ensuite & family bathroom), a stylish living room, a fully equipped kitchen and fast wifi. Flexible self check-in/out at a time to suit you. The space The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms have a comfy double bed, bedside tables and large wardrobes and drawers to store your clothes and luggage. The second bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. You'll have a large and homely living/dining area with a 50" smart TV, two sofas and a dining table. The open plan kitchen includes an iron, ironing board, microwave, washing machine, kettle, hob/oven and kitchen utensils. Free coffee is always available. Large bathroom in the hallway with a shower/bath, shower gel, towels and shampoo for your comfort. Guest access The entire flat is in your use so make yourself feel at home. Free on-street parking is available and I will provide details on this before your check-in. Other things to note The flat is on the 3rd floor which is accessed by stairs. Check-in is at 3pm but if you're arriving earlier please let us know as there's a good chance you can check in early or at the very least drop your bags into the apartment. Late check out is charged at £40. Smoking or parties are not allowed in our apartment (including the Juliette balcony) or building. The penalty for breaking this rule is £500 + any additional cleaning fees. Stays on event days/weekends might require a security deposit.
