My home is a wooden villa in a mature garden. It is not in the central city but is a 35 minute walk and a 10 minute bus ride from the city. Off street parking is available. There are takeaways and a convenience store close by and a supermarket 10 minutes' walk away. Cereal, bread, jams. eggs, coffee and tea are provided for breakfast. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare a simple evening meal. This accommodation suits quiet, respectful guests who enjoy socializing with their host. The space The room is spacious and sunny with a queen sized double bed. It has a small en suite bathroom with a shower, small hand basin and toilet. Guests have their own private entrance from the front verandah of the house. There is a keypad lock on the door to the front verandah but no lock on the internal door. Guest access Off street parking can be available but there is plenty of free, safe parking on the street outside my home. There is a bus stop a short 100 metre walk from my home and the CBD is a 10 minute bus ride away. During your stay I live on the premises and am available to help out in any way I can. I enjoy meeting and chatting to my guests and would like them to see my home as their 'home away from home'. Other things to note 1. My home is pet- friendly and my dog Alfie is always happy to make guests feel welcome. 2. I do not provide a television. 3. There is an electric blanket on the bed, a heater in the room and plenty of blankets and bedding available. 4. This is a family home and as such I do NOT have locks on the bedroom doors. My home operates on the basis of mutual trust.
