The Willow is a spacious luxury villa overlooking the lush green valley of Kamshet . Has modern comforts n rustic beauty , plunge pool, pool table, bbq station, a beautiful 10,000 sft lawn with stone seating, exquisite furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, all 3 bedrooms have AC , desert cooler in liv/din/kit. It is the perfect homestay holiday experience. It is a fully gated and secure community. ONLY boys OR ONLY girls GROUPS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Mix groups, families etc welcome. The space The property has multiple indoor and outdoor games including plunge pool, pool table, board games, cards , uno cards, chess etc . Driver room available on payment basis. NO PETS ALLOWED. A morning walk inside the gated property of 6 acres of Paradise Greens is not to be missed. Most endearing part - complete isolation from city life attributes. One of the very few places on offer with 100% genset backup ! Following a no trash policy, all guests are requested to carry back all their trash- big bags would be given if reqd. Late check out on Sundays possible on request , post lunch upto 5pm for an additional payment of rs 5000. Guest access Guests would have the complete Villa to themselves during the homestay , with its sprawling lawns , barbeque station, plunge pool , sit-out decks . STRICTLY no entry to adj properties/ open plots other than shared club house. NO PETS ALLOWED. ONLY BOYS OR ONLY GIRLS GROUPS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, WILL BE SENT BACK EVEN IF PAYMENT IS DONE. Other things to note The Willow has a fully equipped kitchen , guests can carry their own cooking material and try their culinary skills. Complimentary milk , tea / coffee powder & sugar available - one can self help as many times as desired,no service possible . Filtered (RO/UV )water provided . Set menu Breakfast , lunch and dinner arrangements possible through in-house cook (cooked in a seperate clean kitchen ) - menu confirmation required 24 hours before check-in , CASH payment on arrival for food reqd. Important to note that remote location needs 10km travel to access market, so last minute changes/ demands/ cancellation not possible. Base acco tariff is for upto 8 pax occupancy, additional charges at rs 1,000 per head per night beyond 8 pax chargeable as utility charges. No loud music , no halla- gulla after 10 pm - in open area sound travels 100s of meters easily - the villagers object . Gates of Paradise Greens stay locked from 10 pm to 6am , no entry / exit. For an EV , charging on mseb supply only, per overnight charging would cost rs 500 - to be paid at the time of check in. If food is not ordered on us, cleaning charges of rs 400 per meal would be payable in cash. Important to note it's a HOMESTAY and not a hotel .
