Our accommodation is a shared space. It is only a 10 minute walk to the lake front in Kinloch, where the sunsets and mountain views are sure to delight. Kinloch is a summer holiday town that's a quiet haven in the cooler months with a fun vibe in the summer. Our place is relaxed and enjoys a peaceful outlook across the DOC reserve. Our pets will enjoy your company. Sorry no small children. The space In this listing you will share the living spaces with us (Alex and Kate) and our pets. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. We have quite a long history now as Airbnb hosts and have been 5 star hosts for a long portion of time. We know how to make people feel welcome and we love to provide people with a warm and relaxed environment where they can truly feel at home. We live in a very peaceful environment, yet we are close to the lake and you'll have easy access to great walking and biking tracks. We have 3 pets (1 dog and 2 cats) who will love sharing their home with anybody who loves them back! We often think that people choose to come to stay just to hang with them rather than for the lovely home and excellent company!! ; ) Guest access You'll have access to most of the house. This includes the lounge, kitchen, dining, laundry area and your own bathroom and bedroom. You'll have complete access to all the outdoor spaces as well. During your stay Hi. This space is a shared space with us. You'll have your own bathroom and bedroom but the rest of the home is shared with us and our pets. (2 dogs and 2 cats) We're pretty sociable but we are also pretty quiet and chilled out. We're happy to give you the space you need if thats what you're after. Alex has Tourism experience so will have plenty of suggestions of interesting things to do around the South Waikato and Central Plateau area. We look forward to meeting you!
