The apartment is great for family holidays in quiet small place. Situated in the first row from sea and nice pebble beach with shallow sea . There´s whole house floor with big terrace( partial sea view) on your disposal. Free parking and grill in garden. No other guests in house. There is also a concrete berth between beaches where you can put your boat or enjoy sunsets drinking a glass of wine while listening sea whispering to you. The space If you want to be very close to sea than this apartment is great choice for you. You'll have a whole ground floor(70 m2) on your disposal. There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with living room and dining room, spacious terrace with partial sea view, grill, garden, free parking space in front of the house. There are 2 pebble beaches in front of the house . There's also children's playground few minutes walk away. There are essential services in place: 1 shop, 2 restaurants nearby house, coffee bar, fast food , ATM and bakery. For all other needs you can visit Marina ( 3 km away) or Trogir (9 km away) . Split airport is 12 km away ( transfer can be organized) , highway-25 km. Place Poljica is small tourist place with numerous pebble beaches without mass tourism settled in nice Marina bay ,on the half way between towns of Šibenik and Split so you have many opportunities for sightseeing and active holidays or exploring archipelago of nearby islands ( Šolta, Drvenik,..) by boat.
