Fully insulated with underfloor heating, beneath flagstones. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, Airfryer, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Set in a stunning, peaceful location on the border between England and Wales with breathtaking views. The perfect way to experience country life. The space The annexe is a purpose built, self contained facility attached to our home. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a hand crafted built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your use. There is a spacious main living area with bifold doors which open out onto a private patio and walled garden. The full kitchen has everything you need for a home from home and includes a fridge with small freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, Ninja air fryer and electric cooker and hob. There is a breakfast bar with wall mounted smart LG TV. WiFi is available. The bathroom has a large luxury walk in shower. The annexe has a beautiful flagstone floor with underfloor heating. Bring your slippers for a truly cosy stay. We would respectfully request that guests do not wear outdoor shoes inside the annexe. The property is situated at the end of a 400 metre private drive. There is a large dedicated parking area next to the Annexe for your use. Guest access The property is set in extensive grounds and stunning countryside looking out onto the start of the Black Mountains. The annexe space extends to the upper herb garden, through to the private patio and the walled area at the front of the property where there are uninterrupted views of the Hatterrall Ridge. We have an orchard where you can relax and take in the views, with access down to The Escley Brook. There is a large parking area designated for your exclusive use immediately adjacent to the property. If you are bringing bicycles with you, we have a designated space in one of our out buildings for you to store them in. Other things to note The property is located at the end of a 400 metre stone track. The track is not particularly suited to low slung vehicles, although we do have a low slung vehicle ourselves and have no problem negotiating the track when travelling at an appropriate speed. Please take care coming down the lane. For electric car charging facilities There are twin 22kw EV charge point located at The Temple Bar Inn, Ewyas Harold which is part of the Pod Point Network and is 24 hour access. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to allow charging of electric cars at our property. Please note this property does not have air-conditioning
