Cozy garden house

Our bright and single-storey house has a pleasant garden and all the comforts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it will allow you to enjoy the absolute calm of the neighborhood, while being close to the center of Bordeaux. The "Roustaing" stop of tram B (direct to Place Pey Berland and Cité du Vin) is a 5-minute walk. We also have bikes available if needed. Finally, there is the possibility of free parking in the cul-de-sac, right in front of the house. The space The house is fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and one with 1 single bed + baby bed*. A modular office-bedroom space (which, thanks to these sliding partitions can be completely closed), completes the bedrooms. * Possibility to remove the crib and add a second single bed (see photo taken in this configuration). We do not have a TV or cable box, but we have installed a 4G router that allows the house to be equipped with Wi-Fi. Guest access Tram B - Roustaing stop is a 5-minute walk. Free parking is available in front of the house and, failing that, in the cul-de-sac or adjacent street. Free parking in the neighborhood from July 14 to August 15. Possibility of borrowing bicycles (2 bicycles equipped with child seat)
